The platen roller with the Pure Line indicator provides a visual cue for wear, enabling users to proactively replace this critical component. With regard to consumable components, the CL6NX Plus remains one of the most user-friendly industrial desktop printers, allowing tool-free replacement of both the print head and platen roller.

The Micro Label Print Mode provides higher print accuracy for small pitch labels and is capable of dispensing labels as small as 10 mm. With SATO Application Enabled Printing (AEP), users can create custom standalone applications that run directly on the printer independent of host software.
