The SATO RWG500 Label Rewinder is ideal for batch printing applications. The RWG500 allows for full 8” roll-to-roll rewind of either face-in or face-out wound media. Direct rewinding on the 1.5” spindle or use of 3” core is available with selectable clockwise/counter clockwise operation.

The RWG500 can accommodate 1” to 5” media widths or can be outfitted with optional 7” extension for wide-web printer models. The rewind tension arm detects paper slack, paper presence and incoming paper speed, up to 15ips, to ensure proper operation and uniform rewind of media. The RWG500 is supplied with an EXT interface cable to be used with SATO industrial printers or can also be powered by optional external AC adapter for all other printer models.
