CHARLOTTE, NC – February 14, 2012 – SATO, a leader in barcode printing, labeling, and EPC/RFID solutions, announced today an expansion of its CL4e HF RFID Series industrial tabletop printer offering enhancing the product line to accommodate customer’s emerging applications. Designed and built especially for item level tracking and traceability applications, the SATO CL4e HF RFID printer solution is ideal for labeling in libraries, hospitals, pharmacies and entertainment venues.

“The SATO CL4e HF RFID Series thermal transfer and direct thermal printers enable customers to use HF RFID tags for product authentication and asset tracking by producing high quality labels with embedded 13.56MHz High Frequency RFID tags.” said Kevin Boger, Product Marketing Manager for SATO America. “Customers enjoy faster, seamless transactions that are more secure than currently used AIDC systems.
