Please read this notice carefully as it contains an important technical update that could affect your business. If you are a party to an agreement with SATO America or any of its affiliates, you may receive a separate communication pursuant to that agreement, in which case that communication shall supercede this notice.

Due to ongoing supply chain interruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, SATO is currently unable to acquire the components that enable Bluetooth functionality in our CLNX Plus products. As a result, and in an effort to keep our customers in supply of goods, we will shortly begin shipping this range without Bluetooth.

If you placed an order prior to this announcement, SATO will contact you if your order is affected. If you are not contacted, your order will be fulfilled with Bluetooth functionality.

In an effort to minimize confusion and business disruption, part numbers and pricing for this range will remain unchanged. We do not have visibility as to when Bluetooth components may become available again, however, we will update the market when this happens.

Note: Orders received after February 24, 2022 will not have Bluetooth functionality.
