SATO America Offers Direct-to-Factory Service Contracts and Extended Warranties

CHARLOTTE, NC – SATO America, a leader in barcode printing, labeling, and EPC/RFID solutions, today announced the introduction of both SATO Direct-to-Factory Service Contracts and Extended Warranties.

The benefits of the SATO Direct-to-Factory Service Contracts are as follows:

  • Discounts for multiple printers (10 or more)
  • Fixed service costs (for better budgeting)
  • Guaranteed turnaround time (5 days or less from date of receipt)
  • Free preventative maintenance
  • Free mechanical updates (hardware improvements)
  • Free firmware upgrades (upon written requests)
  • Guaranteed use of genuine SATO parts
  • Guaranteed service based on factory standards
  • Fully warranted repairs

SATO customers can now buy SATO Direct-to-Factory Service Contracts on any eligible SATO printers at any time after their purchase. In addition, extended warranties will also be offered within 60 days of the original printer purchase at a 10% discount.
