Customer Service can help you with questions regarding, Part Numbers, Pricing, Availability, Order Status, etc. If you are not a reseller of our products you will be referred to the appropriate Regional Manager who will then give you the name of a local Reseller nearest you. Customer Service Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST, Monday thru Friday.
Applications and Software Support will help you with your questions regarding software, connectivity of your printer, and other general applications questions. We are unable to support 3rd party software programs, although we will try to point you in the right direction. Hardware Support will help you with questions regarding Error Messages displayed on your Printers Display, Print Quality Problems, Sensing Errors and other Mechanical problems. They also provide Service Request Numbers (SRN), if you wish to return a printer for warranty or non-warranty repair. Technical Support Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. EST, Monday thru Friday.
