SATO Works™ is a comprehensive and easy trade in program that pays End Users cash back on their purchases of SATO printers.

Program Details:

  • End Users receive rebates on new SATO printers when replacing qualifying SATO or competitor printers.
  • End Users may receive up to $250.00 per unit.
  • End Users may elect to receive a free first year onsite service agreement, if available in your area.

How this program works:

  1. Purchase a qualifying SATO printer between 07/01/11 and 12/30/11. This trade-in offer is a 1:1 ratio allowance on qualifying printers you now own.
  2. Download and complete the SATO Works™ Rebate Coupon at www.satoamerica.com/Promo/SATOWorks
  3. Fax a copy of your qualifying printer invoice (reseller to end user) along with the completed SATO Works™ Rebate Coupon. We will contact you with your return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on where to send the retired printer’s controller board.
  4. Remove the printer’s controller board from inside the printer, box it and follow the instructions you receive on your RMA authorization.
  5. Validation of your return will be performed at SATO upon its arrival and the qualifying trade in allowance (US$ check) will be issued by SATO directly to the end user customer or the assigned reseller.
